Founded in 2008, Imperium Surgical Partners (a DBA of Lalloon Marketing Group, LLC) is the only certified HUB, Veteran and Minority-owned small business medical device distributors in Texas offering a wide-ranging portfolio in the Spine, Biologic and Digital Healthcare arenas.

Focused on delivering unparalleled customer service, innovative technology, and a strategic partnership for hospitals, our goal is to provide a full-service solutions to surgeons and healthcare systems.

Keith Palmer
Emerging Leader Program Graduate - Dallas

Prior to founding Imperium Surgical Partners, Mr. Palmer served four active-duty years in the US Air Force as a Surgical Service Specialist and received training in multiple surgical specialties such as Orthopedic, Spine, Neurosurgery, Plastic, General Gynecology and Cardiovascular.  Following his Honorable discharge, Mr. Palmer earned his Bachelors in Marketing and Finance through the University of Houston and furthered his surgical knowledge over the following 9 years by performing work for the Houston Northwest Medical Center as a Certified Surgical Technologist and for Depuy Spine (a Johnson & Johnson Company) as a Senior Sales Specialist and 'product expert' for Minimally Invasive Surgical (MIS) spine procedures. With a dream of one day owning his own business, Mr. Palmer moved to Dallas and began creating the successful business model that ISP adheres to today. 

In his spare time Keith enjoys spending time with his daughter, writing, fashion design, traveling, and supporting the Philadelphia Eagles. ​​​​​​​

Marcus Curtis

Mr. Curtis is a New York native who's very passionate about a future that will integrate health related knowledge into our everyday lives.  His early career began by serving four active-duty years in the US Air Force.  Following his Honorable discharge, Mr. Curtis began his studies at Rutgers University, alongside the Director of the Center for Communication and Health Issues - one of the first research groups in the nation to study the role of communication in students' alcohol use and abuse.  Throughout his time as an undergrad, Mr. Curtis was recognized for his exceptional accomplishments and was rewarded with the honor of giving an address during the Rutgers 250th anniversary graduation.   Before moving to Texas, Mr. Curtis worked as a public relations consultant leading engagements with clients across a variety of industries and business sectors, with notable experience in financial services, corporate services, and technology.  During this time he also attended New York University full-time and earned his Masters in Healthcare Administration and Corporate Communications. 

In his spare time Marcus enjoys exercising, playing basketball, traveling, reading and enjoying life.
